Why You Might Need to Reconnect

From time to time, Dashco needs a fresh connection to your social accounts. When this happens, you'll see a prompt in your workspace asking you to reconnect.

Reconnecting takes under a minute per account and does not affect your existing drafts, scheduled posts, or published history.


How to Reconnect

  1. Go to Social Accounts in your Dashco workspace
  2. Find the account flagged for reconnection
  3. Click Reconnect
  4. Sign in to the social network and approve the requested permissions
  5. You'll return to Dashco automatically once it's complete

Approve all requested permissions. Leaving any unchecked may prevent publishing or limit the information Dashco can pull back from the account.

If You Run Into Trouble

If reconnection fails or the account keeps asking to be reconnected, submit a Support Request. Include the account name and which social network it's on.
