What You'll See
Social Account Analytics shows how each of your connected social accounts is performing over time. For each account you'll see trends for:
- Follower growth
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement (reactions, comments, shares)
- Profile views and clicks, where the platform provides them
Each social network exposes a slightly different set of numbers. Dashco shows you what's available for each one.
Before Analytics Will Populate
Analytics only populates after your account is connected with full permissions. If a connected account shows empty or partial data, the most common reasons are:
- The account hasn't been reconnected recently — see Reconnecting Your Social Accounts
- Not all requested permissions were approved during connection
- The account is brand new and doesn't have enough activity yet
- The social network is still syncing — new data typically appears within a few hours
Reading the Dashboards
- Pick the account you want to review from the account selector
- Use the date range to zoom in on a week, a month, or a custom window
- Compare periods to see whether growth and engagement are trending up or down
Analytics is read-only. Nothing you do here changes a post or a connection — you're just looking at how things have performed.
